NEW: CONNECTICUT MUNICIPALITIES:

Recent legislation (P.A. 15-5, Effective October 1, 2015) requires that municipalities include contract compliance and set-aside language in bid documents for their state-assisted public works contracts as well as requires their contractors meet contract compliance standards administered through CHRO.
